Fitness classes explained
Aqua Aerobics
The perfect class for those who have to avoid impact exercise, a total body workout using the natural resistance to water to increase body strength and stamina; and avoid injury.
Legs, Bums and Tums
popular group exercise class which targets the legs, bum and tum area to shape and tone the body. It is an exercise class that will tone and sculpt key body areas using specific exercises. It’s a great workout so give it a go. Helping you be fit for life.
Pilates
Pilates concentrates on slow, measured repetitive movements with the intention of strengthening lesser-used muscles. It uses mainly floor-based exercises and improves posture, injury prevention and improves core strength.
Spinning
A spin workout is for absolutely anyone who wants to have fun and get fit. It’s a super aerobic workout on a studio cycle that takes your fitness to the next level. No co-ordination required.
Yoga
Yoga is the combination of breathing, meditation and stretching. The aim is to balance mental and physical state and improve general wellbeing.
Zumba
is a fitness program that combines Latin and international music with dance moves. Zumba routines incorporate interval training — alternating fast and slow rhythms — and resistance training.
Our 45 minute classes are £4.50, 60 minute classes are £5.50 and our 75 minute classes are £6.80.
