Trinity opening times are as follows:
Monday: 6:00am–10:00pm
Tuesday: 6:00am–09:15pm
Wednesday: 6:00am–09:00pm
Thursday: 6:00am–10:00pm
Friday: 6:00am–09:00pm
Saturday: 8:00am–5:45pm
Sunday: 9:00am–7:00pm

We are open on Bank Holidays; however opening times will vary.

You do not have to be a member with us to book in to the pool, gym and fitness classes.
You can attend all public swim, fitness classes and gym sessions on a walk-in basis without prior booking. (We do however advise pre-booking for the fitness classes to avoid disappointment).

We do offer swimming lessons on a one to one basis; there is currently a waiting list which you can join until a teacher becomes available for your preferred time slot.
