Thursday: 9:00am–10:00pm
Friday: 9:00am–10:00pm
Saturday: 8:00am–4:00pm
Sunday: 8:00am–4:00pm

You do not have to be a member with us to book in to the gym and fitness classes.
You can attend all fitness classes and gym sessions on a walk-in basis without prior booking. (We do however advise pre-booking for the fitness classes to avoid disappointment).
